Breaking Bad Habits – THE LIST

1.Bad Habit  Wine

I was drinking over a bottle of wine a day for nearly 2 years 

My last drink was Saturday 29th , my husbands birthday.  I am finally not craving it but I do know my downfall is when I am bored. I don’t work and my children are 15, 17 and 20 (married) so no one is home ALL day . 

Goal is to stop so I can lose the weight.
